I need some ideas. Dustin and I have a Halloween party to go to in a couple of weeks and I need some ideas. Now keep in mind that Dustin does NOT like to dress up for Halloween. When people hear this they are usually surprised as Dustin seems like the type that would LOVE to dress up being the fun loving guy he can be. I think when he dressed up like a cow at our wards trunk-or-treat a few years ago that sunk the nail in the coffin for future dressing up. You wouldn't think that a harmless cow costume would cause such a traumatic event but trust me when I tell you that having a grown man dress up as a cow with utters can cause quite a stir. I on the other hand LOVE to dress up for Halloween. So this creates a problem when you are trying to dress as a couple. So I need some costume ideas for a couple where the man has to be low key and the girl can go all out. PLEASE HELP!!!
In other news Lilly has found a baby recliner for her. It comes complete with a head rest and toys to keep her entertained. This is her new favorite spot. She climbs in usually with her "kiki" or blanky and sits on it. Here she is watching sesame street this morning.
And here she is playing with her toys. Apparently I interrupted something important given the look she shot me. I don't know how comfortable she can be on all those toys but they don't seem to bother her. She climbs in there multiple times a day. We just have one problem........getting out of the basket.

Jess sorry i have no suggestions, but i did want to say I love the music on your blog. It is fun.
What about a cowboy/cowgirl theme? He could just wear jeans, cowboy hat and flannel shirt. You could go all out.
My brother in law dressed up once as a "Black-eyed-pea" He had on a white shirt with a large P on the front, and then with make-up gave himself a black eye. Silly, huh?
Gary is the same way. He HATES dressing up. Maybe that is a Moyes thing??
Not much for ideas either since we are not fans of dressing up, especially Andrew- he hates it. I do like the cowboy theme though, that would be easy. Or he could go as a "lawsuit"--he just wears a normal suit with some documents pinned to it. Not very creative though.

you could dress up like a flapper girl with a short wig and a feather headband thing.. and then all dustin has to wear is like one of those newsies hats, and suspenders or something
Umm, what if someone tried to milk Dustin- he would have had some serious pain- did you guys not think of that?!!! I am not a big fan of dressing up, so I'm not bursting with any major ideas. You could be the cow and he could be the farmer? Sorry not to be more help!!
Poodle shirt! Dustin would just have to wear jeans, white shirt, and maybe a leather jacket. Nice seat for Lilly!
Umm..if I recall your husband wore a cow suit with utters to law school all day!
