lost tooth and a GOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAL!!!!

Well today was an exciting day! Besides having our brush with fame we also had a lost tooth in Costco and our first goal scored! Maddy's tooth has been hanging on by a thread the last couple of days. She kinda wanted it to come out at school because if that happens you get to go down to the office and they give you a little treasure box (I am sure a little ring box or something) and you get to color in a box on the tooth counter. But when we were at Costco eating the samples it just started bleeding! Josey was so excited because she thought Maddy looked like a vampire with her side tooth hanging down and blood dripping off of it. In truth she did kinda look like a vampire but Josey is a little obsessed with all things Halloween right now. So we gave her a napkin and after MUCH prodding she finally pulled it out. I am not sure how she eats but she looks cute and sounds really cute too.

Josey scored her first goal today!!! It was SOO exciting. It was a real goal too and the first in the game! It wasn't like oops she made it in, she actually dribbled it through other players and took it to the goal. We were so excited for her. Of course I didn't have my camera as I was on the side lines with all the other players and Dustin was reffing the game so we took a picture of her demonstrating how she did it. She is actually quite good out there. She is so aggressive and is NOT afraid of the ball at all. Her team is co-ed and there are only two other girls on her team and she keeps right up with the boys on her team and the other team. Of course she doesn't want to play anymore when the season is over (because mommy is MAKING her finish the season because I have to be there) but maybe scoring this goal will make her want to play more who knows.
