mommy not so much......
Just kidding! I am happy too! But this was what I saw when I opened the door to the laundry room on Saturday. The girls were doing their chores and one of those is obviously to get their rooms clean and bring their dirty clothes down. How in the WORLD do two little girls go through that many clothes in a week give or take a few days. I seriously doubt that all those clothes in that pile were actually worn and dirty. My girls have a NASTY habit of "cleaning" up their room by basically throwing every piece of clothing on their floor into the dirty clothes. However now that they have all been mixed together they have to be washed anyway! YIPEE!
Seriously though, I have felt very blessed to have the life that I have today. I know that I can be the queen of complaining about everything from chores, to kids, to callings ;), but when it really comes down to it I hope for everything that nothing drastically changes. Over that last couple of months I have been brought to a couple of websites through different family members that have seriously changed the way I think and react to all the crazines around me. I don't think they would mind if I linked them here and here because honestly, whenever I am feeling overwhelmed I pop back into these amazing womens blogs and they completely change my week and I think that they would probably like to know that they have helped another mom and wife be more patient and loving and kind to the family members that are still in their lives.
Thanks Liz and Wendy for bringing these beautiful women and their stories into my life because they truly are inspirational to me.

Jess I have one of the worst blogs that I found the other day that I have shed a lot of tears over. Our news station did a story on a little family and how there life changed in the matter of 24 hours. IT is SO sad. I think that it has really bothered me because the little boy is Joshs age. If you are prepared to cry BUCKETS of tears read charliecooperjackjack.blogspot.com. You have to start reading it from there first post. and do not be surprised if you are in a funk the rest of the day. Enjoy!!!
Funny how life seems SO UNFAIR and hard most of the time until you read these blogs and realize that you would still take your life over theirs anyday. Good reminders.
Isn't it so true we complain about our trials but would never want anyone else's?! Happy Birthday by the way!
Crazy thing! Today my VT came and I was telling them about the link of Leslie you put. Turns out Leslie's cousin is my VT! Small world! What an inpiration she is!
