Lilly had tons of fun at the table as well.
Seriously she played at the table with the flour and water and spoons and bowls and cups for like 2 hours! She had so much fun.
This is how it turned out after we cooked the dough part way.
And then we decorated it.......
And then we decorated it.......
and it actually wasn't half bad! We ate it for dinner! How cute is that picture though?
So then Maddy decided to get in on the action. She had been outside helping me in the yard. She finally made her dough with a little bit of "expert" guidance from Josey.
And since we were out of pizza sauce and cheese we decided to make hers a desert pizza. If you can't disguise it with pizza sauce and cheese, chocolate certainly does the trick!

I think this ended up being the favorite pizza of the night.
Hopefully we won't all be sick tomorrow.

We make pizza all the time! Only you do it from scratch where I get Rhodes frozen rolls to thaw and roll out. As long as the kids love it and you feel like a good mom for not caring about a mess..that's what counts!
Wow, mother of the year award for you! Nice job.
And I am so impressed that the dough turned out so good. Great job, Josey. I love that picture of her holding the pizza. What a priceless look on her face!
Oh, and I love the new look of your blog! So cute.
Uuummmm....and you wonder about your carpet? You're a MUCH better mom then me! I'm laughing that you ate it too! Seriously, what a good mom! LOL!
What a nice mom you are! I was looking at the picture and cringing at all the flour you got to clean up- but I suppose as mom's the smiles and entertainment are worth the mess sometimes!
I agree with Alissa - I was looking at those pictures thinking, "Yikes, what a mess to clean up!" Isn't that terrible? I caved in this morning and let my kids make paper crafts. There was glue sticks, paper, stickers and markers everywhere in the kitchen. But they enjoyed themselves and were quite proud of their creations!
What a good mom you are!
