I made jam! Can you believe it? Now I know that there are many of you out there that already do this including most of my friends here in Oregon but for me this is a first. I made twelve jars of jam and three tubs of freezer jam. It really wasn't hard either. Not as hard as I thought it was going to be. My goal this year is to can some peaches, applesauce, and salsa. Oooo, that looks good! I attempted apricot jam a few summers ago on my own and alas, it wasn't as wonderful as I thought it would be, but I was proud of my jam nonetheless!!
