You just have to listen to this video because Lilly was cracking up and it was really cute. And in the end she ended up face planting into the floor and was not cracking up anymore. But it was funny while it lasted. It is a little crazy to watch , sorry about that but it just sounds so funny. And you can tell that we had just finished eating if you look at Lilly's shirt. She did have a bib on.

The girls thought it would be fun to make beds out of the trampline boxes. They really wanted to sleep in them! I probably would have let them but they forgot about it by bedtime.

More Berry Pickin'

We drove out to Duyck's peachy-pig farm (I am not sure why the name). We had so much fun! It was an absolutely beautiful day. I don't think it could have been more than like 75 degrees tops. You know those days where it is neither hot nor cold, it is just exactly the right temperature, that was today. We picked blueberries, raspberries, and cherries and they are DELICIOUS. I have not been a huge blueberry or raspberry fan but the girls love them, however they are so expensive that I rarely buy them. I am now converted to a true berry fan. The blueberries and raspberries were SO good we could not stop eating them. We actually bought some and then went back and picked more because we were eating so many we wanted to make sure we had some for home. The cherries were also some of the best cherries Dustin and I had ever had. I think those were my favorite. Daddy brute strength and height came in handy again today for cherry picking.

I am a little scared to change Lilly next yucky diaper because she ate SO many raspberries and blueberries I am not sure what is going to come out.
Oregon has some of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. The area this farm was in was out of a movie. It is seriuosly breathtaking and Dustin and I just can't seem to get over it. Whenever we are driving around we are constantly saying, "It's so beautiful over there". I have never seen more interesting and beautiful clouds either. Check out the clouds in this picture, don't they look painted in the sky?
This was Rosko the dog and Lilly was in heaven.

Someone needs a haricut. I was putting it off until Aunt Alli came next week but now I don't think she is coming. Are you coming Alli? We need help! You are the only haridresser Josey doesn't cry for.

Lilly literally stood at this bush for like ten minutes just eating blueberry after blueberry while we continued to pick. She loved them.
Maddy was proud of her very blue blueberries she started picking.

FRIZZ!

I just wanted to show you what a frizzy, curly mess Lilly's hair is becoming. It is a little scary. I need some curly hair advice!

Lilly's photo shoot

Dustin was in a late night time bar study class and the older girls were playing next door and so I was just bored this evening and so I took Lilly outside to take some pictures since I never did take her to get her real 1 year old pictures (and I am feeling really guilty about that). Anyway these came out pretty cute.

Lilly or Ashlynn?

There is something about Lilly that has always reminded me of Ashlynn. I am not sure what it is exactly but this picture to me looks so much like Ashlynn.

The girls rooms

The girls wanted to take pictures of their bedrooms, so I gave them the camera and here they are! Josey's is the poke-a-dots. Check out her bookcase that she painted herself.
Maddy's is the pink and purple and she loves her princess net.

Get out some tissue and have a Happy Father's Day. Watch the whole clip. The end montage gets me every time. So sweet.

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all those Daddy's out there. This picture is mainly for Beck to show you that I really did get him another shirt, his favorite that he actually wears in public. He looks so happy in this picture doesn't he?

Big Girl Lilly

Lilly has figured out how to climb up on the couch and let me tell you it is REALLY annoying. I can't tell you how many times I have come in the room to find her almost falling off of the couch. She abolutely loves to sit on it and I think she thinks she is a big girl. She loves to sit in the recliner as well. If you try and sit with her and rock her she just doesn't stop until she is sitting by herself next to you. Funny girl.

Happy Birthday Daddy!

We had a great day today celebrating Dustin's birthday. The girls and I made breakfast burritos for breakfast and then we loaded up and drove over to the coast for the day. Unfortunately we forgot the camera but we had so much fun on the beach. Then we came home and the girls were so excited to throw Daddy a surprise party that Josey told him that he needed to go upstairs and take a nap and we would tell him when dinner was ready. So we made his requested dinner of nachos and finished the cake and wrapped the presents and then they ran up to tell him dinner was ready. We got all the balloons ready and then hid. They LOVED jumping out and yelling surprise at him. Lilly didn't like it so much. Dustin was "SO surprised" as you can imagine because who knew it was his birthday?! Anyway we had fun celebrating Daddy's birthday. Now we get to get ready for Father's Day! We love being able to tell Daddy how much we love and appreciate him all weekend.

Happy Birthday!

Check out ALL those candles. I honestly thought as I carried the cake over to Dustin the smoke alarm was going to go off. We had to open the door. THIRTY CANDLES! Lilly really wanted something. We weren't sure if it was the candles or the strawberries.

We are both FINALLY the same age. Gosh it is hard being so much older I just seem to comprehend SO much more.

You have to blow up this picture to see Dustin's face really good. We couldn't stop laughing.

Watching TV

So cute! They both had apples and were watching Sesame Street together. Lilly loves to be doing anything Josey is doing, AND she loves apples, or "bapple".

FIELD DAY!

Maddy had a BBQ and a field day for the end of school. We all went for the afternoon and had lots of fun. Obviously they had face painting and Maddy was a doggy. SO CUTE! SHe was very worried that her whiskers were coming off so I had to show her the mirror to make sure they were there. She loved her face!
I can't believe that next year Josey will be a kindergartener and having her own field day. She looks so grown-up in this picture to me.
Josey got a horse on her cheek.....in case you couldn't tell. I had a hard time telling what it was.

This picture CRACKS me up. If you look closely you can see that Josey discovered, about halfway through hopping, that there is a hole in the bottom of her sack and her little feet are scrambling as fast as they can to try and beat Maddy. It was REALLY funny.
This is Maddy's cartoon ant. She is becoming quite a good artist.
Lilly LOVED the bubbles. She kept trying to pick up the whole bicket so she couldn't play in them much.
Okay do these jungle gyms scare anyone else? Maybe I am overprotective but they seem really dangerous to me and I get nervous when they are climbing on them, especially this high.

Maddy was VERY proud because she "beat" a sixth grader playing this game. I think he was being nice.

This was the marble game. You had to pick up the marbles with your toes and put them in a cup. Oddly thanks to their father Maddy and Josey were quite good at this game.
I am trying to take more pictures of the girls all together. I was trying to find a picture of all three of them recently and the last one I have is from Easter. It just always seems to hard to get them all together looking cute so I just never think about attempting it but this one turned out pretty cute.
