And I can't find my camera so you don't get any new pictures but if I was going to post a picture it would be of my sweet sleeping baby in her crib. She slept almost 10 hours last night! Think Hallelujah chorus if you will. I did the "sneak into her room to make sure she was still breathing thing" at 4 int he morning because I was so thrown off! And as an added bonus Lilly didn't even wake up with a nightmare, or a peeing incident, or an itching fit, etc. It was glorious!!!

happenings.....
Look who is coming to live with me! I can hardly count down the days! Becky and her family are moving to Portland and they are moving in with us until they find a place of their own. I can't wait to see all four of our oldest walking to the bus stop together. SERIOUSLY! I feel like the luckiest person to get my sister here. It is going to be interesting to have 9 kids and 4 adults in this house together but I can't wait! HURRY UP AND PACK UP BECK!

green!
So if you remember this post about Dustin planting grass in our backyard about a month ago.....here is the progress! Look at our beautiful green grass coming in. This was after Dustin HAD to mow it. He couldn't stand it any longer he just wanted to mow it SO bad! We are so excited to see green out our family room window. It is amazing how much it transforms the space. I didn't think the gravelly/sand mixture that was back there bothered me that much but now that it is green back there is makes me SOOOO happy! I can't wait for another few months after the little dirt patches start to fill in and we have a luscious lawn.

4 blessings
Ivy is blessed....finally
May 2nd, 2010 Ivy was blessed. We were so grateful to have some of Dustin's family be able to make it up here and join us. Ivy looked so beautiful in the dress Grandma Beth got her. And the gorgeous blanket that her great-grandma Baum made for her.
Here are my beautiful girls, again in the dresses that grandma Beth got them. The weekend was CRAZINESS mostly and lots of fun, but these were the best pictures I got of them, as we were trying to head out the door to make it to church on time.
Thank you Bishops and grandma and grandpa for staying with us this weekend. Come visit anytime!

We did get some cute family pictures but let's just say there was one of us in the picture that I don't want to post on here.......but here are some pictures from this weekend.
This one is my FAVORITE! She was so happy after church. Dustin gave her such a sweet beautiful blessing. She is so lucky to have such a loving father. Dustin said that she was getting a little agitated when they were heading up there with everyone. But the moment he started speaking she just calmed down and went right to sleep. It was a blessing! I really thought there was a 75% chance she was going to cry through the whole thing given her particular temperament! She just looks so old in this picture though it makes me laugh. She is going to think she was like 6 months old when we blessed her!
Thank you for making the drive up here for this occasion grandma and grandpa! We loves having you here!

talking Ivy
Here is the video I took a couple of weeks ago of Ivy talking. She stops about halfway through but I don't have any video editing knowledge so you get the whole thing. I haven't been able to load it through blogger so I finally just uploaded it on You Tube.
